2. Engineering Services Scope

Bright Sun Energy provides solar engineering, procurement context, and design consulting. Our deliverables (such as STAAD reports, CEIG drawings, and detailed 3D models) are based on the data and specifications provided by the client. We are not liable for execution errors made by third-party contractors unless we are officially retained for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) management.

3. Intellectual Property

All engineering designs, methodologies, 3D models, and proprietary software generated by Bright Sun Energy remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon project completion and settlement, the client is granted a license to use the designs strictly for the specified project location.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for absolute precision in our engineering designs, Bright Sun Energy shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our technical reports or layout drawings in unforeseen site conditions.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
